Tighe & Bond Office

Design For Resources.

Bonham & Douglas designed a gut renovation of a 1970s office building, transforming the space into an open and collaborative headquarters for a local engineering firm.

Design For Collaboration.

This open-concept design creates a bright and inviting environment. Natural light reaches every corner of the space, thanks to the strategic use of minimal solid walls. The layout is thoughtfully divided into multiple zones, providing versatile areas for employees to meet, collaborate on projects, and interact. A wide open central staircase connects 2 levels, ensuring easy access and a continuous flow throughout the office. The space is designed for fostering creativity and productivity in a modern workspace.

Design For Well-Being.

A fully equipped, open-concept kitchen is both functional and provides space for social interaction. At its center is a large island designed with ample seating and serves as a gathering spot for team members. Tiled flooring creates a visual contrast from the adjacent office space while defining the kitchen area.
